- Free Shipping worldwide for orders over $40!

- Due to overwhelming demand for our products and customs procedures of your country, your purchase is expected to arrive within 06-20 days. If you do not receive the product within this deadline, please contact us at help@wewearitbetter.com and we will reply under 48 hours!

- You will receive a tracking number within 3 days after the purchase and you can track your order here.

- Every country has different customs laws and procedures. For this reason, in a few cases, It may be possible that your order takes longer to arrive due to the customs procedures (it depends on your country). It is possible that your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Our company is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you in a light package, which reduces the chances of customs issues.

- If you are not home during the delivery time, don't worry. Most of the items will be left in your postbox if they fit. If the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will also leave a note informing the pick up location! 

- Our system proccess the orders in the same time as we receive it, to ship your order as soon as possible. For this reason, it is only possible to change the delivery address if you let us know within 2 hours of your order placement.

 

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

- If the item does not fit and you want to exchange for another size, please email us at help@wewearitbetter.com with your order number and correct size. We will get back to you within 48 hours and provide further instructions!

- We are happy to offer a refund to our clients, in case you are not happy with it or if it is damaged! The conditions to the refunds are:

      - Items must be not used and in the same conditions as they arrived;

      - They must be returned to our warehouse at client cost;

      - Only regular priced items can be refunded, sales, promotional or give away items cannot be refunded.

      Here are the steps to follow:

      - Email us at help@wewearitbetter.com, including a picture of the item and the reason for the refund;

      - We will answer you within 48 hours with the return center address;

      - After returning the product, inform us the tracking number and we will fully refund the order;

      - The complaints must be made within 3 days after you received your order. Complaints after this timeframe will not be considered.
